The exhibition “Strained Terrain“ at B-Part Exhibition is part of the EMOP Berlin (European Month of Photography) and focuses on the artistic exploration of nature and its profound transformation through human influence. The exhibition presents works by five artists who visualize and rethink the consequences of the Anthropocene for landscape and climate in a variety of mostly purely photographic ways. The question is vehemently posed as to (up to) what degree the world exists - and for whom.

Die Ausstellung „Strained Terrain“ bei B-Part Exhibition thematisiert als Teil des EMOP Berlin (European Month of Photography) die künstlerische Beschäftigung mit der Natur und deren tiefgreifende Veränderung durch menschlichen Einfluss. Präsentiert werden Werke von fünf Künstler*innen, die auf vielfältige, zumeist rein fotografische Weise die Folgen des Anthropozäns für Landschaft und Klima visualisieren und überdenken. Dabei stellt sich vehement die Frage, (bis) zu welchem Grad Welt vorhanden ist – und für wen.
